Mr. Jinnah has outstanding leadership, organizational, technical training, team building, and executive management qualifications and has held leadership positions within OEM environments (FORE Systems) and LSI environments (General Dynamics). Mr. Jinnah has a strong technical background including building enterprise information technology infrastructure for major cabinet level agencies within the Federal Government.
