Ms. Stone Baggiano joined TekSynap with over 20 years of Program Management experience. Stone started her career as a Program Manager overseeing the DLA Enterprise Telecommunications Network. During her tenure, Stone implemented a variety of successful program and business management solutions including the development of a configuration management plan for all of DLA.

Stone eventually became the Director of Telecom and Networking for the DLA portfolio. She grew the portfolio to over $50 million annually with the support of over 150 personnel. Throughout Stone’s career she provided Program Management support for multiple DoD Agencies including DLA, DCMA, and the USAF. She has expertise in the areas of network, application migration to the cloud, Office 365 migrations and systems engineering.

Stone’s success in achieving mission objectives while managing business priorities is demonstrated by her commendable capture rate across her tenure on prime and recompete contracts. Stone will continue to focus on growing and expanding her portfolio at TekSynap. Her steadfast commitment to building long term partnerships with integrity, confidence, and trust makes her a valued member of our team.
