Tek4Vets mission to integrate veterans and military spouses into the organization from day 1 is achieved by providing a place to grow through mentorship and coaching.

Tek4Vets is a resource group designed to assist new Veteran employees and existing Veterans and military spouses within TekSynap. Tek4Vets is comprised of current employees (Mentors) who identify as being a veteran or military spouse and volunteer as a mentor to fellow veterans and military spouses (Mentees). The mentors are matched with new hires prior to start date. Military affiliation, career paths, current contract/business unit will be considered when pairing individuals.
