TekSynap has successfully completed the ISO 20000 certification upgrade. After a successful transition assessment from ISO 20000:2011, TekSynap is now ISO 20000:2018 compliant. TekSynap was awarded a Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – Small Business Prime Contract on May 5th, 2020. Award of this contract complements the previously awarded CIO-SP3 8(a) contract in July 2019. These contracts encompass information technology (IT) solutions and services across the Federal Government. TekSynap was awarded the Data and Information Management Contract by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). Services include high, mid, and entry-level information management expertise to support data collection, analysis, imaging, and retrieval/delivery services for the Gulf of Mexico Region (GOMR), Alaska and Pacific regional program offices. The single award contract has a value of approximately $6.5M over 3 years.
