TekSynap has successfully completed the ISO 20000 certification upgrade. After a successful transition assessment from ISO 20000:2011, TekSynap is now ISO 20000:2018 compliant. ISO 20000:2018 provides requirements for an organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a service management system (SMS). The requirements include planning, design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to meet the service requirements and deliver value. ISO 20000:2018 compliance ensures government and commercial customers that TekSynap provides high-quality services while adhering to international standards.
TekSynap was awarded a Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) – Small Business Prime Contract on May 5th, 2020. Award of this contract complements the previously awarded CIO-SP3 8(a) contract in July 2019. These contracts encompass information technology (IT) solutions and services across the Federal Government. TekSynap along with our CIO-SP 3 Team Members provide the depth and breadth of experience spanning the contracts ten (10) IT Task Areas including:
TekSynap was awarded the Data and Information Management Contract by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) on behalf of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). Services include high, mid, and entry-level information management expertise to support data collection, analysis, imaging, and retrieval/delivery services for the Gulf of Mexico Region (GOMR), Alaska and Pacific regional program offices. The single award contract has a value of approximately $6.5M over 3 years.

TekSynap is pleased to announce the recent win of the five-year, Department of Defense (DoD) Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Exchange (DENIX) Program Support Services IDIQ Contract by the Assistant Secretary for the Army, Installations, Energy and Environment (IE&E) in conjunction with our partner, DELTA Resources. This program supports the general public; federal, state, tribal and local governments; international organizations; and the DOD. DENIX is the primary resource for DOD ESOH-related news, activities, initiatives, reports, training, and policies. DENIX supports more than 50 stakeholders giving Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) a universal platform for communicating authoritative ESOH-related information.
On Friday August 23, 2019 TekSynap was awarded the Health IT Services Special Item Numbers (SINS), adding to the company’s capabilities in pursuing work on its existing GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract through the Special Item #132-56.
As an 8(a) Prime Contractor on the Defense Logistics Agency J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) IDIQ contract vehicle, TekSynap has been awarded more than 27 individual task orders (TO). Across active tasks, TekSynap’s 161 cleared and qualified personnel perform a wide array of enterprise services for DLA, bringing executional excellence and the highest levels of domain knowledge to each JETS task order.
On Thursday March 28, 2019 TekSynap was awarded the Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SINS), adding to the company’s capabilities in pursuing work on its existing GSA IT Schedule 70 Contract through the HACS Special Item #132-45. The award is also an important pillar in TekSynap’s Cyber, Information Assurance, and IT Security core competencies and enhances TekSynap’s ability to pursue and capture information technology cyber initiatives in Penetration Testing, Incident Response, Cyber Hunt, and Risk Assessment.
