TekSynap announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract by AECOM under the Infrastructure Services Support contract to provide network and IT infrastructure support to the FTC and its approximately 1,400 staff and Contractors.
TekSynap has been awarded as a prime contractor on the SeaPort-e contract vehicle. This vehicle utilizes a web-based procurement portal to facilitate performance-based service, leverage buying power, improve intelligence and reduce cycle time.

This certification proves that the principals of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) have been instituted in how we operate, plan, manage and deliver services.
