Cisco Systems and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) have selected TekSynap, an SBA certified 8(a) firm known for its expertise in wired and wireless networking, to upgrade the Cisco Network Control System (NCS), also known as Cisco PRIME, to the latest version. TekSynap’s upgrade will double the capacity of the existing NCS to support up to 20 Mobility Services Engine (MSE) High Availability (HA) pairs concurrently, and support HA failover on the MSE device in the event of a MSE failure.
