In November 2012, TekSynap partnered with Harris to secure the implementation of a Wireless Location-based Grade Network for 40 VA Medical Centers. The award is valued at over $47 Million and builds upon the initial award for 26 sites for a total of 66 VA Medical Centers awarded to date. TekSynap played a pivotal role in securing the National Wifi Program.

In July, 2012, General Dynamics and TekSynap were awarded a $39M contract to provide comprehensive IT support services to the National Defense University (NDU). The contract encompasses support for all IT aspects supporting NDU’s mission.

TekSynap Admitted into Small Business Administration 8(a)
TekSynap was admitted into the Small Business Administration 8(a) business development program on May 13, 2011. We are excited about our prospects in using this important Federal program to help our company grow.
In February 2011, TekSynap was awarded a subcontract valued at $1 Million by the MIL Corporation to provide IT Security Engineering and Operations Support under its Department of Commerce International Trade Administration (ITA) IT Support Contract.
On November 30th, 2010, Columbia Telecommunications Corporation (CTC) awarded a contract to TekSynap valued at $550,000 to provide Engineering and Project Management support in for the support of the National Capital Region Interconnection Network (NCRnet).
In May 2009, TekSynap was awarded a subcontract by Federal Data Systems valued at approximately $700,000 to provide System Architecture and Engineering Services for the Defense Continuity Integrated Network (DCIN) Support Program.
In April 2009, TekSynap was awarded a contract valued at over $700,000 to provide support for the development, modernization, enhancement, operation, and maintenance of a web-based communications tool for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). The project requires the continuing development and refinement of the communications tool, called the Plan Activity Report Tool (PART).
