AIR FORCE SPACE COMMAND (AFSPC) 50TH SPACE COMMUNICATION SQUADRON (50 SCS)

The 50th Space Communications Squadron provides command and control systems supporting $50 billion in national satellite and terrestrial systems for the President, United States of America, allied and coalition forces. The squadron operates and maintains communications-computer systems establishing real-time global connectivity to more than 150 satellites comprising the Global Positioning System, Defense Meteorological Satellite Program, Defense Satellite Program, Defense Satellite Communications System, Military Strategic and Tactical Relay (Milstar), Fleet Satellite Communications System, Ultra High Frequency Follow-On System, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Defense Advanced Research Program Agency and test system satellites through the $6.2 billion Air Force Satellite Control Network. In addition, the 50 SCS operates/maintains 70 Defense Information Systems Agency nodes providing secure/non-secure voice and data communications for more than 485 world-wide sites. Under the direction of SMS, TekSynap provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of Space Command Digital Integrated Network (SDIN) and Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) Global Command and Control System (GCCS). TekSynap services include operations, maintenance and information assurance support of SDIN and GCCS as well as Level II services and engineering support for SDIN. We handle both classified and unclassified SDIN data/networks as well as GCCS classified networks.

AIR FORCE 58TH SPECIAL OPERATIONS WING (58 SOW)

The 58 SOW is an Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Formal Training Unit (FTU) responsible for training aircrew for Special Operations, Missile Field Support, Combat Search and Rescue missions and Undergraduate Pilot Training-Helicopter (UPT-H). TekSynap provides Information Technology (IT) support at two locations, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, and Ft Rucker, Alabama. At Kirtland AFB, under the direction of SMS, TekSynap supports 2,100 customers that require support with 5000 pieces of network equipment (computers, monitors, and printers), storage area network (30 TB File server), 260 printer servers, 80 cell phone devices, and localized tier 2 support. At Fort Rucker, TekSynap provides Tier 1 and 2 support for 330 users.

AIR FORCE RESEARCH LABORATORY (AFRL)

AFRL leads the discovery, development and delivery of warfighting technologies for U.S. air, space and cyberspace forces. The Phillips Research Site (PRS) of the AFRL is the United States Air Force’s (USAF) focal point for directed energy and space and missile related research and technology. Under the direction of SMS, TekSynap supports AFRL PRsISM efforts to include a broad range of services required to support PRS in developing and maintaining a heterogeneous computing environment and providing high quality support services. TekSynap provides services and support in the following areas: Maintenance of System Documentation including Risk Management Framework (RMF) related documentation, Information Assurance (IA) and Cybersecurity, Security Technical Information Guides (STIG) Compliance and Documentation, Server Administration, Email Support, and Customer Support.

DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY (DISA) JOINT SERVICE PROVIDER (JSP)

DISA JSP operates and defends the Department of Defense’s (DOD) key cyber terrain and provides information technology (IT) services to Pentagon and National Capital Region (NCR) customers. As an integral part of the DOD’s plan to unify and reduce redundancies, the JSP employs a holistic approach to IT management by leveraging top talent across the Department to deliver services that enhance network reliability and stability for mission success. Under the direction of GDIT, TekSynap supports Enterprise Network Transport Management for the DISA Joint Service Provider (JSP) organization and its customers in the Pentagon and National Capital Region.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (FBI)

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Computer Analysis Response Team Storage Area Network (CARTSAN) environment provides FBI personnel with the necessary highly secure infrastructure to efficiently and effectively acquire, process and present latent digital information contained within physical evidence. TekSynap, under the direction of GDIT, provided systems administration, computer engineering, program management, application programming and integration and system security engineering, including cyber security.

As a subcontractor to SAIC, TekSynap provides Integration Support, End User Support including seat management, help desk support, and Infrastructure Operations including hosting, networking, cybersecurity.

The mission of the FTC is to protect consumers and competition by preventing anticompetitive, deceptive, and unfair business practices through law enforcement, advocacy, and education without unduly burdening legitimate business activity. As a subcontractor to NetCentrics, TekSynap provides Tier 1 service desk support to FTC HQ and Regional Offices that includes: Tier 1 support as the initial point of contact for all user requests and incidents, perform troubleshoot and resolve incidents, create tickets in ServiceNow and maintain full ownership of ticket through its lifecycle, and provide first call resolution or triage for all call.
