TekSynap Appoints David Gauldfeldt as President

On March 30th, 2013, Mr. Dave Gauldfeldt joined TekSynap. Mr. Gauldfeldt assumed the leadership position of President providing day-to-day operational support to TekSynap Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kamran Jinnah. Mr. Michael Haskett will continue in his role as TekSynap’s Chief Operating Officer.

Previously, Mr. Gauldfeldt was a Vice President of Civilian Solutions for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). In this capacity, he provided leadership across a 2,400 person business sector with nearly $500M in annual revenue. Mr. Gauldfeldt reported to the GDIT Civilian Sector General Manager supporting strategic initiatives for the organization including business capture, market analytics, and program remediation. Corporate supports functions include program reporting, strategic account management, vendor relations, partner relations, and human capital management. A primary area of focus has been contract capture, transition, and implementation of proposed concept of operations within strategic accounts. Mr. Gauldfeldt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and is a graduate of the Stanford University Department of Management Science and Engineering’s Executive Institute. Mr. Gauldfeldt’s experience will be key to helping fuel and manage TekSynap’s growth as we undertake consistently larger challenges.
