TekSynap Vendor Rating System

Access to TekSynap’s Vendor Rating System is granted for the limited purpose of entering confidential ratings of TekSynap’s vendors and subcontractors. Any other use of the Vendor Rating System is strictly prohibited. All information and data (“Data”) contained in TekSynap’s Vendor Rating System is TekSynap’s Confidential Information. By using this Vendor Rating System you agree that all Data shall be protected as Confidential Information in accordance with BMS 2.1.4 Employee Agreement. No Data contained in TekSynap’s Vendor Rating System shall be released, transferred, distributed or disclosed to any person or entity outside of TekSynap without prior approval from TekSynap’s CEO, President, and COO. Any violation of these terms may result in disciplinary actions.
