Chris Schuster is a distinguished senior level Information Technology Manager with over 25 years of experience in Federal Government and Civilian IT Enterprise Operations, Business Development and Capture, Program Management, Project Management and Project Engineering. Chris has expertise in managing large scale P&L programs within Information Systems, Telecommunications, and customer service environments. With a proven track record of managing large scale contracts, with hundreds of employees and subcontractors, including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Department of Veterans Affairs, Federal Aviation Administration, Navy, and Army programs.
Chris has successfully captured, and/or managed, the following Federal IDIQ’s or BPA’s: NRC GLINDA ($679m ceiling), Air Force Netcents ($9.9b ceiling), Air Force Netcents 2 ($6.9b ceiling), Army ITES ($5b ceiling), Civil/Intel ECS III ($6b ceiling), Civilian Connections II ($5b ceiling), and VA T4 ($10b ceiling), growing their base by winning and successfully executing hundreds of millions of dollars in task orders on these vehicles.
Chris has an MBA in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Sciences. He also holds PMP and ITIL certifications.
