These services include program/project management, help desk support for corporate service s(CorpServ), Unified Messaging Services (UMS) using Google Suite, ServiceNow (SNOW) software development and infrastructure support, identity management, application web hosting, and mobile device management. The contract includes staff that are geographically dispersed across and time zones in the U.S from Silver Spring, Maryland to Honolulu, Hawaii. SDD encompasses two FISMA systems to provide these enterprise services.
