TekSynap supports the NOAA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Service Delivery Division, one of the largest NOAA providers of IT services. These services include program/project management, help desk support for corporate service s(CorpServ), Unified Messaging Services (UMS) using Google Suite, ServiceNow (SNOW) software development and infrastructure support, identity management, application web hosting, and mobile device management. The contract includes staff that are geographically dispersed across and time zones in the U.S from Silver Spring, Maryland to Honolulu, Hawaii. SDD encompasses two FISMA systems to provide these enterprise services.

These services include help desk, and agile software development using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power, Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI), and creating CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement and delivery of applications.
