TekSynap aides the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in its mission to safeguard the United States and its allies from global weapons of mass destruction and improvised threats by integrating, synchronizing and providing expertise, technologies and capabilities. We support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in transforming how the agency uses knowledge, technologies, and capabilities to meet the DTRA mission. TekSynap supports in excess of 5,000 world-wide Agency customers utilizing Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) networks. TekSynap continually strives to improve the confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) of DTRA IT systems, modernize the security infrastructure to maintain and improve compliance with DoD mandates and INFOCON requirements. TekSynap is performing under three initial Task Orders including Task Order 1 – IT Service Provisioning and Operations (Task Order and Technical Management, Service Desk, System Administration, Applications and Asset Management, Cloud Management Support, Network Infrastructure, Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) and Procurement; Task Order 2 – Cybersecurity Support Services (Task Order and Technical Management, Cybersecurity Policy and Planning, Assessment and Authorization Support Services, Continuous Monitoring, Cross-Domain Solutions, Supply Chain Risk Management, Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Support Services, Promoting Cybersecurity throughout the Agency, Communication Security (COMSEC) and Procurement); Task Order 3 – Test, Transition and Integration Support Services (Task Order and Technical Management, IDIQ Contract Management, Test Support Services, Research and Development Test Environment Operations, Maintenance and Support Services, Procurement, Cloud Management Support, New Service Transition Analysis, Service Validation, Transition and Change Management, Integration and Transition and Transition Lessons Learned.
Audio Visual / Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) – IDIQ

TekSynap provides services supporting the complete life-cycle, refresh design and optimization of DTRA J6 sponsored Audio Visual and Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) systems for more than 2,500 customers Agency-wide for conference rooms and Knowledge Walls utilized across Unclassified, Secret, and TS/SCI Networks. This includes AV/VTC system maintenance and equipment warranty management services for current capabilities that are in operational use. This effort includes analysis and installation of replacement parts and the associated items required to restore capabilities. Our team has engineered and installed the AV/VTC systems for more than eight (8) new conference rooms, including the buildout of DTRA’s Alternate Joint Operation Center (AJOC). We are responsible for maintaining all AV/VTC equipment at four (4) locations (Fort Belvoir, VA; Albuquerque, NM; Eglin AFB, FL; and Kleber, Germany).
