USDA Forest Service Managed Network Services – TekSynap provides comprehensive support to AT&T for the USDA Forest Service Managed Network Services. This includes the initial survey and installation of cable and network infrastructure required to provide the turnkey commercial network solution for Forest Service ranger stations and visitors centers across the country. Leveraging our ServiceNow powered ITSM and Service Portal with integrated Five9 cloud call center, our 24×7 help desk manages incident response and escalation to tier 3 engineering teams and third-party circuit providers. TekSynap provides each Forrest service location with a toll-free customer line for rapid incident response following our ITILv4 based service delivery processes and procedures. TekSynap’s Managed Services Tier 3 engineering team provides proactive monitoring, maintenance support, vulnerability management, and incident resolution network infrastructure being rolled out at over 600 sites nationwide. They actively update and maintain the Meraki Cloud Portal database to ensure accurate equipment tracking and inventory management, provide break-fix support, and offers augmented backup IT support services to existing USDA Forest Service vendors as needed.
