TekSynap Awarded U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) Contract

TekSynap is proud to announce we were selected as a Small Business awardee for the U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) contract. The $12.1 billion Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (MA ID/IQ) contract vehicle was awarded September 25, 2018. The period of performance for this effort is five years, plus four one-year options for a total of nine (9) years of performance if the options are exercised (FY 2018 – FY 2027). The ITES-3S contract will provide industry best practices, best value, non-personal services to enable a broad range of enterprise-level support services for Information Technology integration and service management activities to the Army, other DoD agencies, and all other Federal agencies including but not limited to locations in CONUS, OCONUS and warzone areas. The contract scope includes services and solutions essential to support the Army’s enterprise services, encompassing nearly all areas of enterprise IT, including cybersecurity, information systems security, information assurance, and a multitude of business planning, IT, administration and training services. Like its predecessor the ITES-2S IDIQ, ITES-3S will be managed by the Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) program and is expected to be the Army’s primary source of IT-related services worldwide. TekSynap recently hired Ms. Zowie Lankford to be the ITES-3S Program Manager. Zowie has over 20 years of experience successfully leading large multi-million dollar programs to include capturing numerous ITES-2S task orders exceeding $100M in contract value during her tenure at CSC.
